ABOUT APM, VBC

Ace Point Match VBC is a premier junior volleyball club in the Chicago area offering
both Regional and Elite/Travel volleyball programs. APM believes in building a strong foundation by emphasizing basic technical skills at all age groups.

We believe the club volleyball experience is about growth – both on and off the court. As important as on-court skill development, is the building of a player’s personal confidence and self esteem, socialization skills, leadership ability and friendships through athletic endeavors. APM’s intention is to allow the girls the opportunity to play the game they love at a high level. The environment we provide allows them to become more confident players and that confidence translates to the classroom and into their personal lives. They also learn that every attempt they make on and off the court, no matter what the outcome, is an opportunity to learn how to succeed.

APM stresses that our players apply the following: a positive mental attitude, hustle, play without fear of mistakes, eliminate the phrase “I can’t”, and work together towards a common goal—work hard to refine skills and learn to expect more from each others and themselves. We have found that by demanding more from each other, the players get more from themselves.

You do not need previous volleyball experience to learn, excel, and succeed at APM. The accomplishment of any player’s goals is a combination of what we can provide AND the effort and commitment made by the player.

APM is owned and operated by Denise Beaudoin, with 25 years of Chicago volleyball experience- as a player, parent, a coach, and now owner/club director.
